My name is Kelly Conover. I live near Columbus, Ohio with my husband, son, and daughter. I love The Ohio State University, reading, creating, running, and ANY and EVERY reality show. I love traveling to Disney World and spending time with my family. My passion project is Shine Like Rainbows, a memorial fund for our eldest daughter, Allie, who passed away in 2017 after a short battle with an arteriovenous fistula.

I have been an SLP since 2009. I spent the first few years of my career working with adults in SNFs and assisted living facilities. It didn't take long after having my daughter to realize that it was time to pursue a school based job. I started working in the schools in 2014. I have worked with every grade from preschool-12th grade, but I truly found my calling when I started working with high school students.

During my first year as a school SLP, I discovered Teachers Pay Teachers. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, so the idea of becoming a Teacher-Author intrigued me. It wasn't until my second year in the school that I created the first product that I knew would be helpful to other SLPs. I officially launched my TpT store in August of 2015. I have taken a slow and steady approach to my store while I’ve juggled having babies, working, and being a domestic engineer!
